Mississauga Nights, Million Dollar Views … It’s truly breathtaking at times - the views we’re afforded as we ascend from ground level to our vantage points on high. Whether your condo is overlooking downtown Toronto or Mississauga City Centre, the Niagara Escarpment or north to the Caledon Hills, is neither here nor there. By day the views are often hazy. Ahh - but once the sun begins it’s descent they’re often spectacular as you may have seen and read in an earlier blog I posted back in March (click here).
Y’know, if you’re selling your condo I appreciate that it’s inconvenient to have people coming through your place in the evening. However, if potential buyers can look out the window, take in a million dollar view, and be left awestruck as the sun goes down and the lights come on, they’ll no doubt appreciate the value of what they’ve just seen, ultimately enhancing the worth of your condo. Does this mean you can expect to see an offer with a bunch of extra zeros in it? Not unless it’s a typing error, in which case take the money and run. Realistically though, with all other things being equal, a million dollar view will certainly give you a competitive advantage.
Following through on that thought, it’s said a picture is worth a thousand words. With that being the case, I’ll tuck my keyboard away and allow the lens to compose a much more eloquent text than I - in 6000 words or less.
