Mississauga, Square One City Centre, Condo Listings … This week it’s an update on activity around Mississauga City where, were you to take a walking around the neighbourhood, you’d find two cranes at Limelight across from the new Sheridan College campus, plus three more at Parkside Village as construction continues on Amacon’s 30 acre “urban village”.
They’ve started moving dirt around at Phase I of Pinnacle Grand Park, and it looks like they’re almost done at Wide Suites on Enfield where it shouldn’t be too much longer before resales start to hit the market. Lastly, work is progressing nicely at Absolute’s two new ‘Marilyn’ condominiums as new residents gradually begin moving in to Tower 4. As for Tower 5 meanwhile, move-in is scheduled to begin in October.”

Absolute Condos, Marilyn Monroe Condos, MLS Listings, Condo Trends … While driving along the Gardiner the other day, and I use the term ‘driving’ loosely, I had a few minutes to take in the ever changing skyline of Toronto. Seeing as it’s illegal to text, call, eat, read, sleep, email, etc. while behind the wheel, I was left with little choice but to gaze about idly as I waited for buddy ahead of me to take his foot off the brake. Have you noticed how many cranes are up and running?
